Must be organized and able to multitask in a fast paced environment, detail oriented and must possess effective oral and written communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Customer Service Representative is a vital member of our team offering support to our valued clients by providing helpful information regarding their orders, and ensuring client satisfaction by providing after sales support and facilitating requests for Parts and Warranty. The Customer Service Representative will also provide support to our sales team by following up on the status of orders and corresponding purchase orders to ensure timelines and order commitments are met.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Interacting directly with clients via telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling inquiries and any concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Identify and assess client needs. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to respond to product and service inquiries.
  • Submit Parts, Warranty and Service requests to suppliers, providing all pertinent and relevant information, including pictures and diagrams.
  • Adhere to all organizational guidelines and procedures in order to process orders and service issues.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information as needed.
  • Ensure all orders are clearly tagged and labelled and parts room is maintained and reviewed regularly.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions and order status.
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
  • Collect and report customer feedback
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Update and maintain supplier contacts and corresponding warranty coverage details.
  • Assist clients and sales staff with order status and purchase order status
