CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Summary
In this part-time term position, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for all incoming customer inquiries and bookings. They will also be responsible for sending sales and rental agreements, quotations and information requested by our customers. The Customer Service Rep plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer to our customers. This position is in Kelowna, no remote work.

The above job description is not intended to be exhaustive but merely to serve as a guideline for the general role to be played by the Customer Service Representative as a member of the team at Secure-Rite Mobile Storage Inc. The Customer Service Representative may be required to perform a number of additional duties at the request of Secure-Rite, which contribute to the overall goals of Secure-Rite. Training and support will be provided to the Customer Service Representative as necessary.
Possess strong Microsoft computer and Excel skills including financial modeling; SAP experience a huge plus. This opportunity provides exposure to product lines
