About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and E-commerce Packer/Shipper. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have experience in packing and shipping, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, and requests with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Follow company procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Pack and ship e-commerce orders, following proper packaging guidelines.
  • Maintain organized inventory and restock packaging supplies as needed.
  • Assist in product returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Spoken languages: English (Greek is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer service software and task managers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with shipping carriers, packaging materials, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
