We are looking for an experienced Glazier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of products and services in commercial and industrial. The Installer must have a working knowledge of curtainwall systems, all type of glazing, and aluminum doors , as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and the willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Install products according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Follow safety procedures when working with tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot installation problems and make necessary repairs.
• Test installed products to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain records of installations and repairs.
• Provide customer service by answering questions about the product and its installation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$37.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Glazing (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
• Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (preferred)
