We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled line cook to join our team. We are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and need someone who can keep up with our demanding kitchen environment. We take pride in providing an exceptional dining experience to our customers, and we're looking for someone who is just as committed to excellence as we are.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality menu items to order, ensuring that all food is prepared to our exacting standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Work with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with the executive chef to develop new menu items, and to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our food service operations.
• Support the kitchen team in various tasks as needed, including but not limited to inventory management, equipment maintenance, and dishwashing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A passion for food and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
