Description:

• Conduct mechanical design on change parts, gear switches for automated packaging lines
• Oversee design and carry out designs from start to finish utilizing Solidworks
• Some detailing may be required
• Work with customer requests to understand the needs of the desired product and design changes
• Prepare Bill of Materials to ensure design reaches specifications and reuirements
• Apply knowledge of machined and fabricated parts to carry out mechanical design
• Investigate equipment failures or requirements to incorporate into design to maximize effectiveness
• Include design dimensioning and tolerancing

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have: 4+ years
