About us

We are a family of four with two children. Our children are 1 & 2 years old and love playing outside, doing crafts, reading books and singing/dancing. We have a large dog who is social and loves people.

We are looking for a mothers helper to assist us while I (mom) work from home. The hours are 9am or 930am to 1pm or 130pm on Tuesdays, and Thursdays until September and then it will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Our daughter starts Pre-School in September so our son would need support on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

A typical day for the mothers helper would look like this:
9am/ 930am - Arrival (Kids will be eating their snack)
915/945am - Play outside or do an indoor activity with the kids (we have a playset, water table, sand table and play house in our backyard)
1015/1045am - Read a book with the kids
1115/1145pm - Lunch (I will have this prepared for you ahead of time)
1215/1245pm - put the children down for nap and tidy up from lunch.

If the mothers helper is interested there may be an opportunity for him/her to pick up additional hours by assisting with meal preparation (Cutting up fruits and veggies, portioning out food, and possibly putting food in the oven or slow cooker for that days dinner)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 4 - 8 per week

Salary: $16.97-$18.09 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dunnville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
