Job Description

The Wonder Society is an early learning centre located in Port Coquitlam. We are a small, multi-disciplinary team providing services to children mainly under the age of 6 diagnosed with Autism. Our sister company is ASD Wonder Centre, located in Maple Ridge. We are looking for another Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team with 7 other SLPs, OTs, Music therapists, Behaviour Analysts and Interventionists. Ideally, we are looking for another person to work in the Port Coquitlam clinic, 4-5 days a week. We have a beautiful, welcoming space that is well-stocked with materials, and a positive, friendly team:) We offer families an inclusive, play-based approach to learning. Ideal for new graduates!

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Registration with the college of Speech, Hearing and Health Professionals of British Columbia (CSHHPBC)
  • Supervision for the RASP can be provided by our team if needed.
  • Training in Early Start Denver Model is desired but not required
  • Experience working with young children

Ideally we are looking to fill a full-time position, Monday-Friday : 9-5. We can be flexible if a weekend shift is desired. This a salaried position, 100,000.year. Would involve working with 4-5 clients each day between the ages of 2-14.

Salary: Up to $100,000.00 per year
