ONE CARE Home & Community Support Services is a community based, charitable, Not-For-Profit health organization providing supportive care to families in Huron and Perth Counties as well as the surrounding area.
We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Community Support Services Supervisor for our Transportation Department.
LOCATION:
Clinton Office, includes travel around client service area, Huron and Perth County.
HOURS OF WORK:
Full time Monday -Friday.
The Community Support Services Supervisor is responsible for the operational supervision of multiple designated community support programs of ONE CARE Home & Community Support Services. The Supervisor ensures the programs are delivered in accordance with all related policies and procedures of the organization. The Community Support Services Supervisor is responsible for oversight of assigned staff, assisting with recruitment and ongoing supervision, as well as volunteers within the programs. The Supervisor assists in the development of related annual operating budgets and monitors expenditures, reporting variances to the Director. This position will be based out of Clinton.
