JOB PURPOSE

  • Launch preparation and go Live Plan
  • Look over and ensure B2C order fulfilment through field operations and maximum customer satisfaction
  • Launch Operational resource recruitment
  • Strive for operational excellence
  • Create and execute Training curriculum to pilots and create base for asset scalability.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Manage operations in Quebec looking over the assets and pilots
  • Create SOP for order delivery and fulfilment and ensure policies are updated in accordance to live data.
  • Securing relevant operating agreements with support from procurement
  • Creating a foundation to scale operations sustainably through WoW growth
  • Work with the data analytics to ensure performance metrics and captured and presented
  • Look over Operational metrics and strive Increased utilization and efficiency in order fulfilment
  • Ensure all operating costs are captured and managed within proposed budget.
  • Carry the brand in a new market
  • Work with regulatory authorities to ensure operations fall within rules and regulations.
WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferable to have previous experience in last mile delivery and possess experience in early-stage launch.
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in Quebec.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English & French language.
  • knowledge of the EV ecosystem in Quebec
  • Expert at Excel and has intermediate modeling and budget skills
  • Ability to communicate and drive decision making
  • Demonstrate ability to create an operational launch in previous experience
