We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance Team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, Global Operations and working closely with our US-based subsidiaries, this role will act as a financial business partner and provide analysis and support to management in decision-making and performance measurement of company performance against strategic priorities in a fast-paced and agile business environment.

What you will do:

• Financial and management reporting for our sales and services subsidiaries in the USA
• Global budget development/forecasting
• Some month end accounting duties required
• Maintaining and supporting change to general ledger and business structure
• Internal and external commissions management & processing
• Assist in the development and implementation of reporting, benchmarking / Key Performance Indicators
• Identify relevant trends in data and present results/recommendations to management
• Some US based travel required

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, and CPA in progress or completed
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of ERP logic, including chart of accounts and financial business structure
• Experience with BI tools and Excel-based reporting add-ins
• Advanced to expert level Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, nested if-statements, sumifs, etc)
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Experience with MS Navision and/or Dynamics AX
• An understanding of the principles of consolidations is an asset
