Job Description

HMG is a service provider for the residential construction industry in Calgary and area we specialize in servicing builders throughout the building process of a new home or multifamily.

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our team to work throughout Calgary and area. We are currently looking for a motivated individual that's not afraid of a little hard work or to put in extra hours when needed.

Training will be be provided but if you have knowledge in any of the following fields it will be an asset.

Job Description:

• General Labour
• Construction Cleaning
• Repairs (we repair acrylic and vinyl damage)
• Pressure Washing
• Window cleaning
• Other tasks

Each day you will be provided with a list of tasks to complete in different areas throughout Calgary and area. These tasks must be completed in a timely fashion and high quality.

Requirements:

• Able to drive
• Have your own vehicle to drive between jobs that can carry ladders and other tools and equipment (vehicle allowance provided)
• Willing to work weekends when required (not often)
• Willing to work passed 8 hours in a day when required
• Physically fit (able to lift 50lbs)
• Access to a phone and email
• Can work alone with minimal supervision
• Work well with others
• Positive attitude
• Good with basic tools
• Problem solver
• Able to use and feel comfortable on a ladder
• Efficient

Compensation:

• $24 to $26 depending on experience (review after 3 months). If you are an asset and proving your worth we are happy to review sooner.
• Vehicle compensation

We are looking for and willing to train the right person that has all the above attributes and who is looking for a long term commitment, we are a growing company and there will be room to move up over time.
