Job Description

YBS Yard Beautification Services Ltd., a year round landscaping company is recruiting for the following year round, part time and full-time positions:

LEAD HAND (Full time preferable, but will consider part time availability)

Requirements:

• Previous Lead Hand experience preferred
• Driver's license is required
• Attention to detail is required
• Must possess ability to work independently and lead a team
• Must possess positive attitude, be reliable and be able to carry out related job tasks (mowing, trimming, weeding and operating related equipment)
• Orientation and safety equipment will be provided
• Wage based on level of experience ($26-$31/hour to start based on experience)

General Labourer (Full time preferable but will consider part time availability)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in general labour or landscape labourer an asset
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team is required
• Driver's license is an asset
• Must be physically capable of carrying out job related duties such as pushing, pulling, lifting
• Orientation and safety equipment will be provided ($22-$25 to start based on experience and qualifications)

• landscaping: 1 year (preferred)
• landscape supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• drivers license (Class 5) (preferred)
