E-COMM. ORDER ADMINISTRATOR

ABOUT:
Founded in 2014 in Vancouver, URstore is quickly becoming an e-commerce leader supplying custom 'decorated' (print & embroidered) clothing to our customers (Schools, Sports, Orgs & Businesses) using URstore's unique proprietary software. We offer brands including Duer, Ogio, Nike, Russell, Champion, North Face and much more. We strive to 'make a difference' offering a Fundraiser kickback component to help support communities.

As URstore’s Order Adminstrator, U’ll report directly to the Sales and Operations manager and will be responsible for a variety of functions that are uniquely intertwined due to the nature of our digital business platform. U’ll shift between Customer Service, Purchasing, Scheduling, Art Set-up, Production, and Misc. other duties throughout the day.

Along with our small-but-mighty team, U’ll be a stickler for detail in ensuring our customers are provided excellent service. U’ll bring creativity and excellent multi-tasking skills to help improve performance, and productivity.

This is a multifaceted role ranging from customer service to order production. We are looking for someone that is a computer savvy and detail-oriented person who can multi task as well as work with their hands to get the job completed. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties and tasks including but not limited to (training will be provided);

1) Customer Service / Support and Admin

  • Incoming inquiries from customers (email, phone, online chat)
  • Order status updates & follow-up
  • Order revisions and contractor liaising
  • Set-up artwork for customer orders
  • Process refunds & returns

2) Product purchasing, Receiving, Shipping

  • Create PO's and send to suppliers
  • Receive and verify goods against PO's
  • Picking & binning for contractors
  • Misc other Admin duties

3) Order Production

  • Print and press customer artwork
  • Set-up and embroider customer artwork

Qualifications/Skills:
Must have:

  • High School or GED equivalent education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a service, admin or e-commerce position.
  • A genuine interest in technology and is comfortable learning new software and production processes
  • Personable & empathetic, multi tasker, highly organized, detail oriented, and a natural problem-solver
  • Intermediate/advanced use of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Effective English written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience with Embroidery, DTG and DTF printing, or related field is an asset
